Purpose

"The National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) is a nonprofit organization that provides innovative, quality programs and services to its members. The organization advocates on behalf of Black journalists and media professionals in the U.S. and worldwide. NABJ’s membership is more than 4,000 strong and includes emerging journalists, professional journalists, student journalists, journalism educators and media professionals of all kinds."


About Our Chapter

The motto for NSULA NABJ is "Create Anything!" Our goal since starting in 2019 has been to offer a space for students to have the freedom and ability to create any form of content they desire and share it with the world. We all work together as a team to tell stories and let our voices be heard!
